Typing in my password correctly, but being denied access?
Passwords are case-sensitive. They must be entered in exactly as they were recorded (an upper case "B" will be treated differently than a lower case "b"). Make sure your CAPS LOCK key is turned off. If you are still having problems, we can email you your password. Click here and you will be prompted to enter your email. Enter the email you registered with us. We will email your password within 24 hours.
How do I update my profile?
Log in to www.origenere.com using your email and password. Under "my account" section you will see a tab to update user profile and password.
